    Description

    Identify the training needs within the sugar manufacturing and refining process and review or develop training materials, training programs, and standard operating procedures, conducting specialised training to Operators and Supervisory occupation levels and completing assessments to establish the competency and capability of Operators/ Supervisors to execute their key responsibilities.

    Top Accountabilities

    1. Contribution to Training Plans through needs analysis

    2. Development or modification of Training Programme and Standard Operating Procedures.

    3. Operator Process training or "Train the Trainer" inetrventions.

    4. Maintaining Idustry based relationships.

    5. Administrative Applications.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Matric/Diploma in Production Management
    • Assessor certification
    • At least 5 years Sugar Manufacturing process experience or similar industries eg. paper, flour mills etc.
    • Advanced Computer skills/literacy.
    • A valid drivers license.
    • A high level of confidentiality.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • The flexibility and willingness to learn
    • Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
    • Must have high ethical values and professional maturity.
    • A team player with a strong, confident and assertive personality.
    • Influence and motivate others.
    • Ability to work and make decisions under pressure and take initiative.
    • Must pay attention to details.
    • Must have good planning and organising skills.
