    Are you ready to brighten your career with an exciting and demanding position? We are currently in search of a passionate and driven professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Brighten your application with luminaire background or expertise in lighting installations.
    • Stand out as a sociable, energetic, and tech-savvy expert.

    Required Skills:

    • Illumine the digital world with your computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Navigate efficiently with SAP, and gain an edge with BW Reporting abilities.

    Sales Criteria:

    • Bring a wealth of experience with at least 5 years in sales.
    • Showcase your track record with a minimum of 5 years in sales focused on meeting targets.

    Client Portfolio Management:

    • Take responsibility for the designated client portfolio as instructed by our Managing Director.
    • Set high goals and reach sales targets established by the MD and Finance Director.

    Client Education:

    • Enlighten our customer base by educating them on both new and existing products.

    Market Analysis and Feedback:

    • Stay ahead of the curve with market research and offer valuable feedback to shape our strategies.

    Pricing Strategy:

    • Implement strategic pricing aligned with our innovative pricing policy.

    Returns and Quality Control:

    • Excel in managing returns and quality concerns following our customer-centric returns protocol.

    Reporting:

    • Highlight your accomplishments by delivering insightful monthly reports on vital performance metrics.

    Account Receivables and Query Resolution:

    • Be the guiding light in assisting with fund collections and query resolutions, coordinating the process with internal partners.

    Customer Focus:

    • Nurture and sustain customer relationships through regular calls, with a focus on key clients.

    Inventory Management:

    • Ensure our inventory shines by overseeing levels and ensuring effective stock control.

    Rebate Administration and Maintenance:

    • Illuminate our financial success by applying and managing rebates in accordance with company policies.

    Business Growth:

    • Drive growth by spearheading the LUM business.
    • Lead the introduction of new LED ranges into our market.

    Work Schedule:

    • Follow a balanced call cycle with 4 days on the field and 1 day in the office, unless unforeseen meetings require flexibility.
