I am a Detailing Speciality Medical Sales Representative (Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals) in Cape Town, calling on Specialists (Gynecologists, GPs, Urologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physicians, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Orthodontists, Dentists, Oral Hygienists etc.) and detailing the specialist on medical devices and pharmaceuticals. I see the doctors in their rooms or in theatre. I provide the customers with professional service by consistent high visibility calls. I constantly build and develop strong relationships with the members within each practice. I also do stock checks and orders, including trainings at hospitals and pharmacies. I cover the private and state hospitals. I need to plan for two months ahead and make appointments with the doctors, hospitals and pharmacies. I have to do and take responsibility for all the administration duties (appointments, emails, travel, trainings, diary planning, ordering marketing material, etc.) for my territory. I completed the CRICE program and are CRICE certified. I effectively implement customer relationship management and use REPWISE to log, plan and manage my customers

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Life Sciences (Biology with Psychology) degree at the University of Stellenbosch, in Cape Town in 2020. In 2021 I finished my Honours degree in Applied Psychology Cum Laude at the University of South Africa.
