Job Title:
Sales Manager


Job Summary:


As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding our dynamic team of sales representatives toward the achievement of company sales targets.

This multifaceted position requires the development and execution of effective sales strategies, adept management of both Business to Business and Business to Client relationships, oversight of the sales team, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will contribute to setting sales goals, conducting data analysis, and generating comprehensive reports to monitor and enhance performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilise the Salesforce platform on a daily basis, a renowned Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Provide strong leadership and motivation to the sales team to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to recommend the most suitable solutions for each customer.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the customer base and achieving revenue growth.
  • Set and oversee individual and team sales targets, ensuring their successful achievement.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance, offering coaching and training as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Generate leads and actively engage in business development activities.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of services and products.

Requirements:


  • Indepth understanding of Salesforce and proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a comparable role.
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Working Conditions:


The role features a hybrid working model, which may include travel to meet with clients or participate in industry events.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Industryspecific experience related to the company's products or services.
  • Certification in sales management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
