Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new b2b sales leads opportunities.
- Managing deals and campaigns in ZoomInfo & Hubspot
- Innovative, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Understanding and explaining digital marketing platforms.
- Prepare sales pitches & Digital Audits
- Setting sales goals and creating a sales plan with Sales Director.
- Hiring and training sales representatives.
- Monitoring and analysing sales team performance & data.
- Setting sales objectives and KPIs with Sales Director.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Conducting sales meetings and reviews.
- Managing the sales budget.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Staying updated on industry and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma
- Hubspot or similar Software Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Digital Marketing Experience (Advantageous)
- 4 Years B2B Sales Management Experience
- 8 Years B2B Sales Experience
