Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the sales within the company.
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the sales team.
  • Provide regular sales reports to Directors.
  • Couch and support sales team.
  • Making datainformed decisions to drive performance of the sales department.
  • Assist with new trainees within sales department.
  • Motivate workers through incentives and positive feedback.
  • Ensures workers have the resources to complete their work.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong connections and experience within the debt review industry a +.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of managing employees or sales team

Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time


Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (required) +
Salary basic R Commission


Salary:
From R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
