We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our fast-growing Debt review firm located in Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Legal Manager needs to oversee the legal aspects of the business.

The Legal Manager will safeguard the company's reputation and strictly following the law guidelines and give legal advice to management.

Strong contract drafting skills
Knowledge and/or experience in the debt review industry (advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate

MS Office/Excel/Word
Attention to detail and accuracy
Planning and organizing and ability to meet deadlines

Time Management

Judgment and problemsolving
Leadership
Teamwork
Task monitoring
Selfmotivating Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a variety contracts must manage be able to manage staff of 5+

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years' experience and have demonstrable experience as per roles and responsibilities.

A law degree advantage

Experience in debt review (advantage)

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
