    Description

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
    • 5 + years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an international setting.
    • 7 + years of experience in warehousing, storage.
    • In-depth understanding of warehouse management processes, including logistics, inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, and inventory counting.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in WMS systems, effectively using technology to optimize warehouse operations
    • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and supervise all daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory counts, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
    2. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve operational efficiency and space utilization.
    3. Recruit, train, and manage warehouse team members, ensuring the team possesses the skills and knowledge required for efficient warehouse operations.
    4. Set team and individual performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure the achievement of KPIs.
    5. Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory dynamics, ensuring inventory accuracy.
    6. Use data analysis tools to analyze operational data, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
    7. Participate in the formulation and implementation of strategic planning and business development plans for warehouse operations, supporting the company's long-term goals and growth.
    8. Analyze market trends and customer demands, adjusting warehouse operational strategies to meet market changes.
    9. Work closely with logistics, procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure warehouse operations are coordinated with other business units.
    10. Participate in cross-departmental projects, such as supply chain optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
