Duties:


  • Manage local agent network
  • Fleet management and reporting
  • Monthly reporting on operations, finances, and key performance criteria
  • Drive key performance criteria relating to service delivery
  • Ensure continuous innovation and make use of business intelligence tools to drive effective decision making

Requirements:


  • Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Courier industry
  • High level of computer literacy

Education:


  • Certificate (required)

Experience:


  • Supply Chain Management and logistics: 3 years (required)
  • Management: 3 years (preferred)
