Purpose of the job:


The Warehouse & Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing team performance, maintaining operations in line with regulatory and customer standards, and ensuring efficient, organised storage.

The incumbent should strive to streamline warehouse and distribution activities in order to improve on the achievement of operational targets and ultimately improve customer satisfaction


Knowledge and Experience Required:

Relevant Degree/Diploma would be advantageous

  • 8 years' management experience working within a FMCG or wholesale and retail environment
Knowledge of health and safety requirements in an FMCG or wholesale and retail environment
People leadership and management including planning, organizing, control, staffing
Numerical/statistical analysis skills
