    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a qualified and experienced SHEQ Training Facilitator to join their client's team in the Mining and Metals Industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of safety, health, environment, and quality training programs within the organization.

    As a SHEQ Training Facilitator, your responsibilities will include conducting training needs assessments, designing and developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitating and assessing SHEQ related training interventions/programmes
    • Developing lesson plans, providing support to learners/employees, and measuring the program's success
    • Ensuring that SHEQ training outcomes align with organisation's goals and meet the needs of employees
    • Applying for external moderation and learners certification
    • Ensuring the compliance of QMS

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric
    • National Diploma/Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Management, or similar field
    • Registered Assessor and Moderator certificates
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a Training Facilitator in the Mining and Metals Industry
    • Computer literacy in MS Office
    • Strong knowledge of relevant safety, health, environment, and quality regulations and standards
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
