Job Requirements
- Minimum 56 years experience in Facilitation and Assessments.
Must be a registered Assessor with ETDP Seta:
- Must reside in Johannesburg or nearby areas.
- Must be social work, sociology, socio
- Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
- Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent written skills, strong organizational skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership and Facilitation: Lead and facilitate sessions to ensure that the programmatic implementation aligns with the organizational mission and vision. Drive participant learning and mastery of each practice and implement the centrally developed program and curriculum. Ensure highquality experiences for participants.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to improving academic and social achievement for students.
- Providing coaching/feedback to colleagues to solidify classroom learning, during and after training sessions
- Preparing, organizing, and managing the training environment to foster learning
- Tracking and reporting attendance using the automated records management system
Experience:
- Facilitation: 1 year (preferred)
