Group Skills Development Facilitator Education

Johannesburg North, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

You will be required to coordinate the Group Training strategy alignment to relevant Skills Development Regulations and the appropriate registration.

Skills Development compliance and/or certification by relevant bodies (ETQA, SETA, SAQA and OHS).

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Skills Development Facilitator Qualification
Minimum of 3year degree / Diploma in Training and Development or equivalent
Assessor and Moderator qualification and experience is an added advantage
Over 58 years' experience in a Learning and Development environment
Over 5 years of SDF experience
At least 5 years' experience as a SETA Liaison
Minimum of 10 years' work experience
A qualified facilitator and at least 1year experience
At least 3 years of people management experience
Proven effective negotiation skills/track record
Proven track record in Skills Development Levy /Funding success
Proven track record in Discretionary Grant project administration and project management
Excellent understanding of the National Skills Development Strategy, various SETAspecific focus areas
Knowledge of Skills Development legislation and related regulations
Organised with a track record of developing effective systems and procedures
Assertive negotiator and collaborator
