    Were looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the financial sector.

    Key responsibilities

    1. Providing administrative support to financial professionals
    2. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    3. Assisting with document preparation, filing and data entry and email correspondence
    4. Liaising with clients and colleagues to facilitate operations
    5. Maintaining accurate records and database
    6. Dicta typing from Dictaphone and real time.
