Debtors Clerk - Gold Reef and Blue Reef

Key Duties and Requirements Receipting of debtors payments from bank statement on a daily basis
Following up on outstanding debtor payments on a daily to weekly basis
Liaison with customers and sales representatives regarding queries with accounts
Timeous investigation and resolving of reconciling items
Prepare, accurately and timeously the general ledger account reconciliations relevant to debtors for sign off by Financial Manager
Preparation of pro-forma invoices
Preparation of the export documents which are used by customs and shipping agents
Preparation of Cinque and Credit Guarantee month end reports
Analyzing the Cinque report back
Accurate cashflow forecasting (i.e. monies to be received from debtors at mid-month and month-end)

Ensuring that overdues remain under 20% of total debtors book
Daily invoicing
Prepare month end reports for the Financial Manager

Qualifications and Experience ND Finance/ Accounting required Minimum 2 years' experience in debtors function
Knowledge of Syspro an added advantage

Additional Information Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to cope under pressure to meet deadlines
Methodical approach to performing duties

Salary:
R14,000.00 per month
