POSITION: 

Engineering Assistant (aka engineering clerk). 

PREVIOUS POSITION(S):

Moulding machine operator, Pressroom machine operator, Line feeder, Dispatch clerk, Assembler, Sales and Repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation of work instruction, single point lesson, project files, master samples, updating production files and appropriate registers, trial documents, isir submissions, critical spares managements, setting up production lines, training operators time study, liaising with customers verbally and telephonically,driving to customer either for meetings/engineering samples/quality, creating of jigs and gauges, jigs and gauges calibration, creating/updating press inspection plan, quality inspection, updating job cards, raising concession and ecn's, dimensional checking, recording and reporting, drawing verification, bom verification, assessing processes, taking measurements.

syspro systems, microsoft excel, word spreadsheet, reading drawings, introducing new ergonomics, spot welding, components printing, soldering, terminal crimping, leakage tester setting.
