    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Qualification in the related field.
    • +10 years Sales experience.
    • +6 years as a Sales Executive.
    • +3 years in Logistics Sales
    • Clear understanding of Ecommerce
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communicator.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for the e-commerce business and Logistics & Courier Business including setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
    • Team Leadership: Managing and leading the sales team, which may include sales managers, account executives, and other sales personnel, to achieve sales goals.
    • Revenue Growth: Setting and monitoring revenue targets, analyzing sales data, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
    • Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, B2B, B2C and C2C customer behaviour, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
    • Sales Process Improvement: Streamlining the sales process, incentives, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
    • Pricing & Quoting: Establishing competitive pricing strategies for e-comm, Logistics and Courier services and providing accurate quotes to clients.
    • Innovation: Staying updated with the latest e-commerce technologies and trends to innovate and enhance the online shopping experience.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Sales Training, Development & Product knowledge: Providing training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Having in-depth knowledge of the products or services they are selling to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
    • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing sales data and performance metrics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
    • Budget Management: Managing the sales department's budget, including sales and marketing expenses.
    • Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships or collaborations that can drive sales growth.
    • E-commerce Compliance: Ensuring the e-commerce business complies with industry regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection policies.
    • E-commerce Technology: Leveraging e-commerce technology and tools to enhance the sales process, including utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms.
    • Risk Management: Assessing and managing risks associated with sales operations, including fraud prevention and security.
