• Monitoring Africa performance and supporting leadership with commentary and recommendations
• Preparing CEO packs for Global meetings including insight
• Work with market segments leaders to prepare segments strategy.
• Provide financial analysis to inform decision making, ensuring business strategy is underpinned by sound financial and commercial justification.
• Manage market department finances including, expenditure budget, expense approval, forecast and making sure that expenses are allocated to correct accounts.
• Expense analysis report on monthly basis to see how we are tracking as compared to budget.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyse to maintain and improve controls
• Compiling budgets and monitor costs against budget on a continuous basis
• Africa Performance and profitability management on monthly basis and compare with plan.
• Managing ROI on all investment expenditure
• Provide 10 markets segments with reports on how they are tracking as compared to plan and insight on how to get back on track if they are behind.
• Make recommendations to ensure controls are maintained and improved
• Regular meetings with budget holders/ cost centre managers to ensure that finance/budget is well managed
• Perform variance analysis and advise root cause of the problem and recommendations
• Ensures policies and guidelines relevant to Finance and recording of sales and revenue are followed

• CGMA/CIMA Qualified Accountant (board first time pass)
• BTech in Management majoring in Finance- UNISA
• Secondary Education: Matric- Mathede Secondary school
