    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our client's team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and promoting our recruitment services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
    • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
    • Negotiating and closing sales deals
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
