About Jeanie Lamprecht:
I have 10 years’ experience within retail as a window dresses and merchandiser. I have developed strong skills in training and development, implementing projects and new store openings, and using my experience to help drive sales and making sure the company strategic objectives are being executed to the highest standard. I have also had the opportunity to work on various projects that have given me that ability to develop my management skills, planning, organizing, of projects and succeed in training and development of my area.
I have a strong passion of the sales industry and marketing. I am constantly seeking new ways to learn and grow. I believe that my skills, experience, and passion align with the values and mission of your company.

Experience
- Identify and make use of all opportunities to improve the overall visual appeal of the store, thereby maximizing sales growth and assisting stores to reach targets.
- Execute window displays in accordance to the agreed concept – Training and development of team members and associates.
- Assisting with seasonal layouts and ideas for seasonal changes. Assisting with putting together seasonal manuals.
- Maintain the upkeep of visual fittings, fixtures and mannequins at all time.
- Ensure the visual presentation in-store and windows are appealing and in accordance with company display standards.
- Support with visual presentation changes by moving merchandise, fixtures and layouts.
- Ensure that the promotional activities have been implemented in accordance with the agreed plan/instruction set out by the marketing strategy.
- Communication with store managers and associates regarding visual changes and/or new concepts.
- Completive shopping to assist the management team to make strategic decisions. Analyzing what is happening in the market in real time.
- Conducting visual audits and identifying problematic stores, that needs to be focused on and making decisions to improve sales performance.
- Management experience by overseeing other team members during the year to mentor and assist them in areas where they need help.

- Building presentation for Post mortems to be used in strategy meetings.
- Building competitive shopping presentation to be used by the marketing team in strategy meetings.
- Using managerial skills to assist in different areas for training and development.
- Taking part in new projects and visiting new sites for potential new stores.
- Opening up new stores and revamps. Overseeing the visual part of selected new stores within our division and assisting my line manager with new store development.
