As a regional field visual merchandiser at AVI Limited, I create and execute captivating and effective visual displays for 32 apparel stores across four provinces. With over 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, I have developed a strong expertise in fashion styling, merchandising techniques, and brand identity.

I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as store managers, district managers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and consistency of the visual merchandising strategies and guidelines across the region. I also train and coach store staff on the latest trends and best practices in merchandising and styling, and conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Previously, I worked at Cotton On Group, where I managed the visual presentation and styling of multiple brands and categories, and led the implementation of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and launches.
