    Description

    Our client is looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Machine Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technical sales and a deep understanding of machinery and engineering concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of machinery and equipment to a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and engineering. If you have a passion for technology, a knack for sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide detailed technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they understand how the company's machinery and equipment can meet their needs.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
    • Travel to visit potential clients, attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

    Key Skills:

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Technical understanding and ability to learn and present complex products.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proven working experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the technical or machinery sector.
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
    • Strong technical background with an understanding of mechanical products.
    • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
