We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new customers within your assigned territory.

Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to maximize sales potential.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Actively listen to customers' needs, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Regularly visit clients, conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to new prospects.
  • Prepare and submit compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to expand the customer base.
  • Territory Management:
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the territory, including key accounts, market segments, and competitors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements:


  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry or a similar fastpaced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
