Job description:


The Direct Sales representative is the main stakeholder of a profitable and sustainable business relationship with Motul workshops and customers acting at the retail level.

Responsilbe for developing Motul's business in the area in line with Motul's 5-year plan

Increase the presence and visibility of the Motul brand in the area

  • Regularly visits their clientele in their geographical sector,
  • Presents the products and services of the company,
  • Develops and implements a Sales Plan for their area to strengthen and grow commercial relations,
  • Develops sales strategies for optimum coverage of the market responsibility area,
  • Puts in place the sales operations and promotions organized by the company,
  • Contributes to the design and execution of trade marketing strategies,
  • Negotiates the terms of business within the strict framework in which they are allowed to operate,
  • Ensures the execution of contracts between the company and its customers,
  • Submits the customers' requirements to Motul,
  • Oversees the payments of invoices, in accordance with the objectives and the instructions that are assigned by the company,
  • Regularly visits potential clients, looking for new opportunities in their geographical sector to meet their targets,
  • Updates Motul of the situation of each client and updates the corresponding file as required covering:
  • Events relating to matters of competition and products,
  • Daily activity log,
  • Issues products, logistics or the organization of the offering to the customer of the company, and suggestions of corrective actions.
  • Participates actively in the promotional operations and communication intended to promote the brand and the company during launches, sporting events, or other,
  • Participates in various meetings organized by the company as required,
  • Feeds back key information to Motul to ensure the CRM, Forecasts, etc. are updated accordingly.
  • Performs additional jobrelated actions, as requested by the board,

Profile:


Education / Qualification:
Min Matric with sales training.

Experience needed: 2-5 years with minimum 2 years sales experience within the lubricant industry.

proficiency mandatory

French:
not necessary but would be a plus

IT Knowledge:
(1) Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suit (2) Ability to learn new systems quickly
