    Description

    Our client is looking for a HR & Admin Manager, who would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a positive work environment, managing HR policies, and ensuring administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The role is based in Durban.

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field,
    • Master's degree advantageous,
    • Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience within HR,
    • Agriculture industry,
    • Excellent organizational skills,
    • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist,
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations,
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite,
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
