About Eugene Naidoo:

I am an experienced retail manager having worked  in a variety of settings. Post COVID, I transitioned to working in the Logistics business . I am currently pursuing a  Health and Safety Representative qualification to update my skills and knowledge in the retail environment.

  • Schedule monitor bookings  using Navis-N4-CAP 
  • Track vehicles using Matrix to ensure effective turnaround 
  • Oversee Fuelling of Vehicles in line with distance travelled 
  • Manage Drivers Route and planning times to optimise efficiency

  • General admin and reconciling of invoices and payments

  • Worked as a  salesman and progressed to store manager and reported on performance of staff   on a daily basis in order to meet store targets
  • As manager was responsible for balancing cash registers, daily banking and directly liaising with the security company 
  • Customer engagement – building and maintaining relationships and establishing new promotion via  social media
