Description

Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

Establishing and maintain long lasting relationships with current clients.
Capturing orders for clients.
Coordinate communication with internal departments to ensure that clients expectations are met.
Communicating delivery dates to customers.
Add new clients to the existing database.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/ external teams.
Managing general customer admin issues.

Requirements of this Post:

Matric
Two years experience within a similar position.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
Good communication both written and verbal.
