KEY TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

  • Plan and schedule all training
- short courses / unit standard based

  • Maintain and update trackers
  • Ensure that certification and carry cards are done with no errors
  • Ensure understanding of the NCOP act for lifting machine operations training
  • Management of stationery & training material stock inventory management
  • Printing of training material for all training that has been scheduled
  • Ensure that the relevant SETA LMS is always updated at all times.
  • Ensure that POE'S are audited once sent back from the trainer/assessor
  • Ensure professionalism at all times when communicating to clients
  • Weekly meetings will be held with the admin / ETQA manager
  • Ensure all reports/stats are accurate and submitted on time
  • Ensure client feedback reports are compiled once training has been done and report to the admin /ETQA manager.
  • Ensure that the relevant trainee documents are collected before preparing files for external moderation.
  • Any data capturing that will be done should be done accurately.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • Clear criminal record
  • Contactable References
  • Previous experience in a compliance training role will be advantageous
  • 3 years of admin experience
  • Planning experience
