Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

General Logistics Admin Assistant / Assistant to General Manager.

Debtors (on Syspro - daily invoicing, processing of payments, month ends).

Liase with International Courier shipping companies.

Costing of shipments received from overseas suppliers.

Small Switchboard and Reception.

Minimum 3 years working experience.

Own transport.

Non Smoker.

Minimum Grade 12/Matric with Accountancy and Maths an advantage.

Experience with MS Word and Office 365.
