    Description

    Hire Resolve's client is seeking an Investment Service Consultant Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to provide exceptional service and support to their clients in the investment industry. As an Investment Service Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their investment needs, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist clients with their investment needs, including opening accounts, making transactions, and providing product information
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell investment products and services
    • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in investment regulations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
    • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
    • Previous experience in the investment industry, preferably in a client service role
    • Strong knowledge of investment products and services
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Professional ethics and integrity
