    Grandmark International

    Auto parts company looking for sales manager to run their sales department in Nelspruit. Candidate must have valid matric certificate, at least 5 years auto parts sales experience with management experience. Must have reliable transport to/from work, be able to work overtime as required. Candidate must have a sparkling personality, a go getter attitude, and know the auto parts market. Bilingual. Strong management skills. Must do monthly targets, KPI reports, performance counselling and evaluation. Strong computer literacy.

    Candidate Requirements
    Matric (supply copy of certificate)

    Reliable transport to/from work

    Computer literate (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

    Syspro knowledge beneficial

    Min 5 years auto parts sales and management experience

    Motivate and guide sales staff

    Performance appraisals and disciplinary documents issue
