Description

Duties:
Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required
Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required
Assisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores.
Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required
Monitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.
Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager
Liaising with internal and external customers.
Managing of Merchandisers - Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems - all in conjunction with the Line manager


Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
FMCG experience
Valid driver's licence
Sales experience with a proven sales track record is an advantage
Computer Skills in word and Excel
Cell phone
Presentable
Well-spoken with negotiating skills
