    Description

    APDP & Customs Administrator required for a renowned automotive company based in Rosslyn

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma: Accounting NQF Level 6
    • MS Office (Excel – Advance)
    • SAP experience
    • 5 years APDP and EUR1 experience within a manufacturing environment

    • Computer literate with emphasis on MS Office and Financial Accounting Systems (SAP)

    Primary purpose of the job

    The APDP & Customs Administrator would be responsible for:

    • APDP preparation, submissions and annual audits
    • EUR1 preparation, submissions and annual audits
    • Duty Drawback claims preparation and submission on E-Filing, follow up with SARS
    • Compilation of asset acquisition data for final capitalisation on SAP
    • Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations
    • Petty cash

    Key Performance Areas

    • APDP and PRCC submissions

    • Asset capitalisation to SAP
    • General Ledger Reconciliations
    • Petty Cash

    Knowledge required

    • Financial Accounting System Navision/SAP
    • Government Automotive Incentive Schemes
    • Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts
