Description
To add sales and administrative support to the company's sales team and SA Sales Manager.

  • To arrange meetings for the SA Sales Manager and or Key Accounts Manager.
  • To retain and expand existing client book and assist and support sales personnel in expanding customer base.
  • To support, assess, train, and visit existing clients on a regular, approved basis and to maintain good customerrelations.
  • Develop future sales projections and coordinate efforts to achieve outcomes.
  • Coordinate administrative sales staff in maintaining customer databases.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Organising customer service specialists and customers.
  • General administrative support.
  • 3 years minimum relevant experience in administration/support, marketing and customer relationships.
  • Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Formal administration, sales or marketing qualification would be preferred.
  • Short courses will be advantageous.
  • Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced in MS Office
