    Description

    Our client is looking for an Experienced Casings Senior Manager to lead their dynamic team in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality casings for various applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire casings department, ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement in processes. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex operations and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability in the casings department.
    • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casings production, including planning, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics.
    • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all casing products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product integrity.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes, technologies, and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
    • Supplier and Customer Relations: Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the casings department.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior management role related to casings or similar products.
    • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, product quality, and team performance.
    • Experience in strategic planning and execution, financial budgeting, and workforce management.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to casings manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
