  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage/wines
  • Passionate about service and able to interact with Guests to attend to suggestions, queries and complaints
  • Have very strong leadership and managerial skills and the ability to identify training needs and implement them accordingly
  • Strong food and beverage control experience, able to identify any potential problem areas and implement the necessary procedures to ensure the food and beverage costs are in line
  • Experience in disciplinary procedures and fair practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office and Micros POS
  • Own, reliable transport
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Must reside in the Western Cape
  • ONLY inperson interviews will be conducted if shortlisted
