Apart from generally being a hard worker, my work ethic and values like dependability, punctuality, honesty, good time management and multitasking are values I contribute to any working environment or new challenge. 

I consider some of my strongest traits to be a willingness to learn and being able to adapt well in any circumstances, whether independently or in a team.  I can work well under pressure and have good communication and leadership skills. 

I value honesty and respectfulness and try to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.  I work well in a team and have often led a team.  I am good at taking initiative and self-managing my time and tasks with a sense of urgency, no matter how small or big that task might be.

My determination to do my job to the best of my ability has always been my strong point. I know how to “make the best of any situation” and perseverance allows me to see anything through.
