    Description
    Payroll Administrator - Boksburg
    Requirements:
    • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
    • TES industry knowledge advantageous
    • SAGE 300 People Payroll and Payroll experience essential
    • Bargaining Council Experience (MEIBC, NBCRFI,MIBCO)
    • Microsoft Excel Intermediate to advanced and very accurate with figures
    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Timesheet administration-Capture & process weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll schedules on Excel.
    • Liaise with site supervisors, operations & clients regarding current/new schedules and pay queries
    • Ensure payroll department receives all completed schedules for payment
    • Checking rates are correctly applied to payroll schedules
    • Assist payroll with creating new payroll schedules as required to new specifications
    • Maintaining filing system
    • Maintain and order approved (Issuing PO once approved by directors) monthly office stationery and supplies
    • Importing schedules for weekly, biweekly & monthly payrolls on SAGE 300 People using job costing
    • All payroll duties: Converting schedules into SAGE 300 format ready for upload, manual capturing of job costing input when required, Printing SAGE 300 reports & job costing payslips
    • Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure effective delivery and development of the service
