Company in East Rand is looking for a Payroll Administrator with 5 years of experience in a similar role

Salary - Basic R15 000, R2 499 Medical Aid contributions, plus Group risk cover.


Requirments:

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in HR | Payroll
  • Pastel Payroll
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Traceable references

Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance And Upkeep Of Employee Payroll Files
  • Drawing Up Employee Contracts
  • Loading & Processing of Weekly Wages & Monthly Salaries for Leave Processing
  • Annual Budget Prep for Total Staff CTC


  • Staff Loans

  • Processing & Deductions


  • IOD Claims

  • Lodge & Follow Up, Uif Maintenance
  • Monthly Schedules For Medical Aid / Pension / Union Fees
  • Payroll Reporting, Sending out Payslips
  • Administrative Assistance Relating To Company Policies & Procedures
  • Administrative Assistance Relating To Disciplinary Code (Warnings Etc)
  • Investigate And Clear Monthly Salary Control Accounts
  • Employee Queries
  • Annual / Quarterly Seta And Ee Reporting
