    Description

    RPO Recruitment's client is currently looking for a Group Training Officer to join their team in Durban. As a Group Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our clients in the packaging industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to identify their training needs and develop customized training programs
    • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, such as safety procedures, equipment operation, and quality control
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
    • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Training Officer, preferably in the packaging industry
    • Degree or diploma in Training and Development or related field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
    • Friendly and approachable personality
