Overall, your role would be pivotal in ensuring that clients are well-equipped to manage and utilize Battery Energy Storage Systems effectively, while also staying informed about the latest developments in the renewable energy sector.

Effective training and technical support are key factors in the successful implementation and operation of these systems. Creating relevant training manuals, doing PowerPoint presentations for key clients and willing to travel nationally when required.


Key Responsibilities:


Training Clients:
Your primary responsibility would be to provide training to clients on various aspects of Battery Energy Storage Systems. This training might include topics such as system operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety protocols, and optimizing system performance.


Technical Support:

Presentations:
You would be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to clients, stakeholders, or even internal teams.

These presentations could cover a range of topics, including the benefits of BESS systems, the technology behind lithium-ion batteries and inverters, and best practices for their deployment and management.


Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a deep understanding of the BESS systems, lithium-ion batteries, and inverters you're working with is crucial. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technological advancements, and any changes in safety regulations or standards.


Customized Solutions:

Documentation:


Creating and maintaining training materials, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and other documentation that clients can refer to even after your training sessions.

Clear and comprehensive documentation is essential for clients to successfully operate and maintain their systems.


Continuous Improvement:
Regularly gathering feedback from clients about the effectiveness of your training and support efforts. Using this feedback to make necessary improvements to your training programs, materials, and support processes.


Industry Trends:


Keeping track of industry trends in renewable energy and energy storage, especially in relation to BESS, lithium-ion batteries, and inverters.

This knowledge will help you provide clients with insights into how these technologies are evolving and how they can leverage the latest advancements.
