About the team:

The Learning and development (L&D) team is centrally organized, and forms part of the People Support Function.

L&D consistently strive to grow and develop all individuals and teams ensuring that knowledge, skills, and capabilities are aligned to business performance.

Although the team is small, they are an energetic and dynamic powerhouse of young collaborators who thrive on multi-tasking and delivering work of impeccable standards.

Purpose of the role:

They are seeking a dynamic facilitator that can deliver and develop internal training solutions, assist with learnership programmes, employee training needs analysis, assessments and administration.


Duties to include:


  • Conduct a training needs analysis in conjunction with departmental stakeholders and collate the annual training plan
  • Deliver and evaluate training using various learning methodologies
  • Design, develop, maintain, and update training materials
  • Oversee learnership implementation, rollout plan, monitor and report on learner progress
  • Accurately record and report on performance contracts and reviews on Sage300 Performance System
  • Record and report on training attendance, assessment results and learner feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:


  • OD-ETDP Qualification at NQF5 level
  • HR or related Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
  • Approximately 3 years' experience as an ETD Practitioner in a service or sales organisation
  • Experience in a contact centre or financial services environment would be an advantage

Software:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint

  • Adult Learning principles and methodologies
  • Instructional design principles
  • Training delivery this includes the traditional and technology enabled approaches as well as the ability to evaluate learning impact

Salary:
R20, R25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuils River,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)


Experience:

- training: 2 years (required)
