Hotel in Gordon's Bay is looking for a Front Office Manager.Responsible for:
- Supervises front office staff to ensure the courteous and efficient welcoming and departure procedures for guests in accordance with the minimum guest service standards
- Maintains guest assistance and service at the reception area during shift times. schedules front office staff duty rosters and supervises the completion of daily front
- Office administration in accordance with laid down procedures.
- Oversees adherence to front office controls, procedures and reporting requirements as well as the maintenance of data and records on the front office system.
- Supervises staff regarding overall work performance and on the job conduct as conducts training needs analysis and onthejob training.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Hospitality diploma / experience
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Computer literate
- Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
- Proficient in English
- Friendly and welcoming demeanour
