Description

Are you a SQL Developer looking for your next role? We are on the search for a SQL Developer with experience in Process automation for our client based in Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

You will be required to design, develop, automate and maintain the SQL processes in accordance with business requirements, and assist with Database administrative requirements of the DBA Department.

What you will need:

Matric
IT diploma or BSC IT Degree
Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong ETL skills
Strong knowledge of SSIS or other automation software

What you will do:

Database design and normalization
Administrator and support DBA environment
Optimization of queries using performance management tools
Create tables, views, procedures, functions, triggers, etc.
Test procedures and functions developed
Use logic in the creation of SQL queries
Work with large data sets
Basic desktop support
