Description
A Fraud Analyst is responsible for providing professional and efficient service and exception reporting. An analytical mindset is the key to succeeding in this role.

This hands-on analyst will assist with the standardization of fraud and forensics services and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficiencies.


A Fraud Analyst will play a key role in the continued development of the fraud and forensics team, ensuring constant reviewing, exception reporting and investigations are being carried out to improve efficiency of the fraud team in validating sales processed both internally and externally.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Investigation around sales exceptions reported on TPR
  • Assisting with adhoc investigations across business divisions
  • Investigating commission fraud
  • Sales verification across different sales systems both internal and external
  • Reporting on highend device sales, agent trends and anomalies on data sources.

Technical Knowledge:


  • Related Entry level certifications advantage
  • Minimum of 13 years' proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, or related field
  • A Minimum 6months SQL experience
  • MS SQL / Script writing knowledge (essential)
  • An understanding of 3rd party capture systems (Ilula, C3D etc.) advantageous
