Responsibilities:
- Advanced support of Sage X3 on reported bugs, incidents, and inquiries
- Support users in evaluating requirements and determining solutions must have experience on company setups in Sage X
- Manage user access and security
- Managing interfaces to and from other systems
- Design and manage UAT
- Troubleshooting all aspects of Sage X3 system
- Design, implement and maintain ERP management reports in Crystal reports and other
- Liaise with Sage X3 implementation partner for development and bug fixes
- Test environment setup and maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining uptodate system documentation
- Advanced support on reported bugs, incidents, and inquiries of all finance systems
- User access and permissions management considering relevant business processes and security policies
- Implement and test configuration changes and scripts to support the business processes, information and security requirements
Requirements:
- IT Degree, Diploma or relevant certifications (financial modules are an advantage) or BCom with specialist areas on IT and systems
- Sage X3 or and ERP certification on similar enterprise ERP systems essential
- Project management experience is essential
- Proven record of working on large enterprise ERP deployment projects
- Experience in Sage X3 version 9 or higher
- Financial background essential
- SQL language
- Crystal reports
- Power BI or Sage Intelligence reporting advantageous
