    Description

    Are you an experienced professional in Returns and Merchandise Authorization (RMA) looking to take on a leadership role? We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead and drive the performance of our RMA department

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the RMA department and ensure high-quality customer service levels
    • Efficiently handle returns and merchandise authorization processes
    • Manage stockholding effectively to minimize losses and maximize inventory turnover
    • Drive improvements in turnaround times and operational efficiency
    • Lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in RMA management or a related role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
    • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

    Experience

    Stock/Warehouse management experience in an RMA / Technical services environment essential. Minimum of 2 years work experience in RMA/ Technical services.

    Qualifications

    Grade 12/Matric Certificate (Mandatory)

    Certificate/Diploma in an IT, Technical or Business-Related Field

    FULLY BILINGUAL - AFRIKAANS A MUST
