    Description

    Our client, an esteemed international corporation, seeks Junior Business Developers to become part of their team.

    Area: Centurion (Gauteng)- Hennopspark
    Salary: Market related
    Benefits: 50% Contribution to Medical Aid

    Requirements:

    • Matric with average of 85% (non negotiable);
    • a Degree will be beneficial;
    • Willingness to travel;
    • Own reliable transport and valid license;
    • Great communication skills;
    • Well presented;
    • Ability to do presentations for individuals aswell as large groups;
    • You do not have to have any work experience as the company will develop you for the specific role;
    • Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on designated region and time differences.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • This position will consist of developing the business and creating new branches overseas;
    • Travelling +- 4 times a year;
    • Building technical knowledge on Land, Sea and Air defence solutions;
    • Develop growth strategies- focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction;
    • Research to identify new markets and customer needs;
    • Arranging meetings;
    • Attending conferences and industry events;
    • Developing goals for the development team;
    • Provide after sales support;
    • Keeping records of sales, revenue and invoices;
    • Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
