Throughout my career, I've has gained comprehensive expertise in various aspects of HR. I have a strong command over HRIS systems, including Workday, SAP, SAP HR System, and Success Factor HR System. My proficiency in MS Office further supports her ability to handle HR-related tasks efficiently.

My experience in recruitment and selection, talent management, performance reviews, and job grading showcases my comprehensive understanding of HR processes.

I've demonstrated her expertise in HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR queries at all levels, managing internal transfers, and contributing to payroll management. My experience in conducting onboarding and terminations reflects my commitment to providing a positive employee experience throughout my journey with the organization.
