UK based company that develops and markets specialist server appliance products in specific technical niches requires the expertise of an experienced, technically minded B2B outbound lead generation specialist with the ability to have high-level, consultative conversations with international clients.

As the company has grown substantially over the past 2 years the office in South Africa is newly established, which will afford you the opportunity to create something unique and exciting, within the global team.

We are looking to build a world class, outbound operation - small, agile & niche.


Minimum Requirements:

4 or more years' experience within a B2B outbound sales role
2 or more years' experience in leading a team
Previous experience in the sales of technical products/ services (IT/ ICT/ IoT)
Proficient in MS Office suites
Fluent in English; an additional language would be extremely advantageous (specifically French, Spanish or Portuguese)
Previous international sales experience would be advantageous
Familiarity with SQL or MS Access would be advantageous


Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, motivate and support the Business Development Specialists
Take a hands-on approach to the role (actively participating in telemarketing activities)
Targeted research and data gathering
Lead generation through pro-active outbound telemarketing activities
Lead development and closing
Account Management
Aftersales follow ups
Provide assistant to the Channel Account Management team
